Robbinsdale City Hall and Deputy Registrars Office are closed to the public. We are here during normal hours for phone, email and drop-off business. To learn more about the impact COVID-19 is having on City Hall services, click the previous link or go to to Governor Walz's Stay-at-Home order, Robbinsdale Deputy Registrars office will be closed 3/27 through at least 4/10. The Robbinsdale Community Gyms and Fitness Center are closed through at least May 4th. Recreation programs are cancelled through at least April 30th. Robbinsdale Parks

The Robbinsdale Parks Department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the City's fourteen parks totaling 110 acres, park development, improvement projects and operations. Park development and acquisition funding is provided through the City's general fund, various grants and donations from civic and non-profit community groups.   • Field and Park Facilities can be reserved by individuals. By City Ordinance, any group of 25 or more must have a permit to use our parks. For information on and the rental request form for renting a picnic shelter or park building please click here. For information on and the rental request form for renting a field or open space please click here. Please note, all requests must be made at least 7 business days in advance. If you are considering having any "entertainment" features such as tents, staging, inflatables, dunk tanks, etc. or are in need of a beer/wine permit you will need to submit your request form at least 14 business days in advance. There are additional requirements that will need to be met. If you are seeking multiple dates, you should contact Recreation Services for more information.   • Robbinsdale Community Gym & Fitness Center: The Fitness Center facility includes a large gymnasium and an extensive exercise room. Family and individual membership are available for purchase, as well as daily passes and punch passes.   • Great Watershed Clean Up and Arbor Day: Date TBD. Thanks go to all the participants for assisting with the tree planting and cleaning our parks, trails and watershed!

  • Adopt-a-Park  Adopt-a-Park is a public service program for volunteers to pick up litter and help keep Robbinsdale’s parks clean. It enables citizens to provide a meaningful contribution to a cleaner environment. Removing litter is expensive and citizens lending a hand to keep parks clean will help the City reduce maintenance costs.   • Neighborhood Splash Pad at Manor Park has been closed for the season.
  • Sanborn Warming House and Rinks are now open weather and Ice conditions permitting!  HOCKEY NETS, however, will not be available until the temperatures stay below freezing throughout the day and night. 


    Saturdays-12:30-9:00 pm; Sundays-12:30-8:30 pm; Mondays-Thursdays-5:00-8:30 pm and Fridays-5:00-9:00 pm.

    On  Jan.1-3, the building will open at 12:30 pm.

    PLEASE NOTE:  Rinks may not be open under the following conditions:

      • Significant snowfall
      • Temperature below -10F.
      • Dangerous wind chills
      • Temperatures above +32F.
      • If there are less than 5 skaters after 7:00 pm
      • Poor or unsafe ice conditions.
