NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing of the Planning Commission of the City of Robbinsdale on Thursday, JULY 16, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. via WebEx for the purpose of consideration of:

  • Rezoning Z20-1 to rezone the properties from B-1, Neighborhood business to R-B, Residential business;
  • Conditional Use Permit Amendment C20-3 for conversion of office space to residential apartments;
  • Conditional Use permit C20-4 for shared or off-site parking;
  • Variance V20-3 to parking dimensional standards.

For the properties at 3829, 3833, 3837 and 3883 West Broadway as requested by the property owner, Jeff Wachner.
