Proposal for Temporary Occupancy of Sochacki Park for Construction staging and access during construction of Light Rail Bridge over Grimes Pond - anticipated 2018 construction was approved by the City Council.

Robbinsdale City Hall - 4100 Lakeview Ave N

Bridge construction is expected to take 18 months following restoration of impacted areas.

Sochacki will remain open for public use during construction and would include continuous and safe north/south travel by pedestrians and bicyclists through the entire park.  Access sites from the interim trail to the east of the construction road will be provided in order to enhance access.
