Waste Management Updates (6/29/22):

Until further notice, the City will be hosting a Yard Waste drop off site on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our Public Works Facility: 4601 Toledo Ave N from 7am to 7pm. 

How to help catalog Liquidated Damages

As a part of the organized collection contract that the City has with Waste Management, the City is able to collect Liquidated Damages for services not rendered. However, in order to do so, a formal process needs to occur. If you have had your refuse or recycling missed, the following process allows the City to formally record and ultimately collect on damages per our organized collection contract.

• 24 hours after your regularly scheduled pick up, please contact Waste Management at 952-890-1100 for the first point of contact. These calls are logged whether you have spoken with someone or not.
• Wait 24 hours for Waste Management to complete.
• Contact the City of Robbinsdale with the following information by email (utilities@ci.robbinsdale.mn.us) or phone (763.531.1211).
  • We need to record: your name, time of contact, phone number used to contact Waste Management, service address, what was missed.
