Armstrong Cooper Youth Basketball Association Armstrong Cooper youth basketball programs are generally for students who live or attend school within the Robbinsdale Area School District. Season begins in late September (October for House) and ends in early March with the State Tournaments. the divisions include a Girls Traveling Program, a House League and a Boys Traveling Program which is for Armstrong only players from Grades 4-8.
