The Friendly Robins Club meets weekly on Wednesday afternoons at the Community Room of the Police and Fire Building. Membership dues are $5.00 per year. A 75 cent fee is charged at the door to defray the cost of refreshments. Interested persons, who are 55 and older may attend two meetings as guests before deciding to join. Meeting activities include playing 500, Pinochle and Bunco. Members are invited to participate in Just for Senior Tripa and special events. For more information, call Rita at 53l-1274.

Transportation is available to Senior Citizen Club meetings, congregate dining, shopping and special events. Persons who are 60 years and older and residents of Brooklyn Center, Crystal, Golden Valley, New Hope or Robbinsdale may use the Five Cities Bus. In Robbinsdale, pick up locations include, Robbinsdale City Hall, Lee Square, Robbins Landing, Coachlite Apartments, Adair Apartments, Chelsea Park Apartments, 3711 West Broadway, 5800-42nd Avenue North, Robinwood Apartments, Copperfield Hill, and Lilac Parkway.
