The Robbinsdale Police Department is proud to be a small police department in the middle of a metropolitan area. As a first ring suburb of the City of Minneapolis, one of the goals of the City of Robbinsdale is to maintain the atmosphere of a small town.

The Police Department provides many services to the citizens of Robbinsdale and all those visiting our City. Many of the services are provided using cooperative agreements and joint powers agreements with other cities in the area. The following is a list of some of these services.

• Robbinsdale/Golden Valley/New Hope Emergency Response Team
• DARE
• School Liaison
• Project P.E.A.C.E. – Domestic Abuse Project with the neighboring cities of Brooklyn Center, Maple Grove and Crystal
• Robbinsdale Crime Prevention Association
• Robbinsdale Amateur Radio Club
• Robbinsdale Police Reserves
