What: Residential Burglaries
How: Forced entry through doors
Who: Teen aged
black males.
When: December 1 2009-January
6 2010
Times:
Both day and night time.
The
City has experienced a recent rash of residential burglaries. 17
home burglaries have occurred between Dec 1st and January
6th. Suspects are kicking in doors and taking
electronics, jewelry, and cash. In some cases, suspects are
knocking on doors to see if anyone is home. If confronted they flee
or say there are looking for someone. If no one answers then forced
entry is attempted. These have been both daytime and nighttime
burglaries. Suspects that have been seen are teen-aged black males.
The Robbinsdale Police Department is
looking for any possible leads or witnesses. If you have any information about these

happening-CALL 911!
CRIME TIPS:
-If you notice anyone lurking in your
neighborhood that does not belong-CALL 911!
- Leave outside lights on. Lock doors,
windows, and balcony doors.
-Be a good witness! Try to observe
height, hair, eye color, clothing descriptions, vehicle descriptions, and direction of
travel. Write down everything immediately after an incident occurs and call police.
-Join a neighborhood watch group. Get
to know your neighbors!
