Preference will be given to homes with high quality exterior materials and upgrades-no preferred home style has been determined.   If your proposal is approved by the REDA, you will be asked to enter into a purchase and development agreement.  The agreement calls for the dates the project would be started and completed, identification of the builder, and the estimated completed market value of the project.  You will also asked to provide references and examples of previous homes built by the builder who will construct the home. The REDA reserves the right to take back the lot if the project is not completed by the timeline agreed upon.   A link for a typical purchase and development agreement is attached below.
