| The City of Robbinsdale has facilitated three home improvement
programs for its residents. The Center for Energy and Environment, CEE, a local
non-profit organization, administers home improvement loans across the State of Minnesota.
The following are examples of programs available to Robbinsdale Residents: |
1) MHFA COMMUNITY FIX-UP FUND
Qualifications:
Single family Cape Cod or Rambler style homes
built prior to 1970 Annual household income of $93,100 or less
All loans subject to credit approval |
