 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing of the Planning Commission of the City of Robbinsdale in the Council Chambers of the Robbinsdale City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of consideration of ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ Variance Request V18-6 to construct two parking spaces in the front yard to provide off-street parking required by the zoning code at 3500 McNair Drive as requested by Chou & Pang Chang;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing of the Planning Commission of the City of Robbinsdale in the Council Chambers of the Robbinsdale City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of consideration of ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ Conditional Use Permit C18-3 at 3900 36th Ave. N. to allow: 

  • The retail sale of vinyl records
  • The sale of second hand, used or consignment wearing apparel, accessories, costume jewelry, shoes, boots and furniture as requested by Dan & Betsy Ruppert-Kan.;

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing of the Planning Commission of the City of Robbinsdale in the Council Chambers of the Robbinsdale City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of consideration of ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ Conditional Use Permit C18-4 to attach small cell antenna equipment to a new Xcel Energy utility pole within the street right-of-way adjacent to the alley on the south side of 40th Ave N  between Vera Cruz and Welcome Ave N. as requested by Mobilitie Services, Inc.;

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing of the Planning Commission of the City of Robbinsdale in the Council Chambers of the Robbinsdale City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of consideration of:

­­­­­­­­­­­­Conditional Use Permit C18-5 to allow the construction of an accessory structure exceeding 240 square feet in area consisting of a PVC shelter for the previously permitted recreational vehicle; andVariance Request V18-7 to allow a building that exceeds the maximum building height of 860 square feet at 3953 Scott Ave N as requested by Mark Hill.;

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing of the Planning Commission of the City of Robbinsdale in the Council Chambers of the Robbinsdale City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of consideration of ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ Conditional Use Permit C18-6 at 4131 West Broadway to allow off-site and shared parking at 4131 West Broadway as requested by Travail 3.0 Restaurant.
