NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing of the Planning Commission of the City of Robbinsdale in the Council Chambers of the Robbinsdale City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of:

Appealing the City Staff Interpretation of City Codes:

  • 505.09, SUBD 48 (Definition of Family),
  • 515.01 SUBD 2(a) (Single Family Detached Dwelling) &
  • 515.01 SUBD 3(g) (boarding or renting of rooms to not more than two persons)

 As they relate to the use of the single family residence at 2721 Parkview Blvd., Robbinsdale Pursuant to City Code Section 535.05 (Variances and appeals) as requested by Dr. Paul and Hilary Kyle.

Rezoning 3900 36th Ave N from RB, Residential district to B1 Neighborhood commercial district:

And

 Zoning Text Amendment to add vintage record and merchandise sales in the B1 Neighborhood commercial district.
