NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing of the Robbinsdale Economic Development Authority of the City of Robbinsdale in the Council Chambers of the Robbinsdale City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Ave N, on Tuesday, June 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for the following items:

Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit C19-2 for redevelopment of 4600 Lake Road for 168 apartments and allowing:

  • Filling approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of Flood Plain;
  • Construction of a4-story apartment building exceeding 3 stories and 40 feet; and

Variance request V19-2 to allow:

  • A reduction of required parking from 252 parking spaces to 216 spaces.
  • A reduction of required lot area from 1,400 sq. ft. per unit to 1,024 sq. ft. per unit.

as requested by 4 West Capital Development.


Public Hearing: Consideration of Variance request V19-3 to allow banners larger than allowed by Section 410.11, Subd. 13 of the City Code (for signs) requested by the Beard Group for 3730 West Broadway, The Birdtown Flats apartment development.
