Currently REDA does not have any lots for sale. We have purchase agreements with builders and deadlines to start home construction.A lot at 3359 Halifax Ave N is being cleared for sale soon.
Links to lot purchase proposal forms and sample purchase agreements are listed below. Call or email Rick at 763-531-1266 or call or email Marcia at 763-531-1258 for more information on lot development requirements.
|Lot sale prices are negotiable based on conditions and extraordinary upgrades proposed impacting the finished home value.
You may request to reserve one lot while working on your plans (for a period of 3 months, with option to request an extension). The lot reservation fee of $500 may be applied towards your purchase price.
Preference will be given to homes with high quality exterior materials and upgrades-no preferred home style has been determined. If your proposal is approved by the REDA, you will be asked to enter into a purchase and development agreement. The agreement calls for the dates the project would be started and completed, identification of the builder, and the estimated completed market value of the project. You will also asked to provide references and examples of previous homes built by the builder who will construct the home. The REDA reserves the right to take back the lot if the project is not completed by the timeline agreed upon.
This request for a proposal does not commit the REDA to award a contract and pay costs incurred in the preparation of the proposal of this request, or to procure a contract for services or supplies. The REDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with any qualified source or to cancel in part or all of its entirety this request for proposal if it is in the best interest of the REDA to do so.
