PLANNING COMMISSION
The Planning Commission holds public hearings on rezoning, conditional use permits, variances, subdivision and redevelopment proposals. It is established by City Code section 320.01.

The planning commission public hearing process is explained in this document.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing of the Planning Commission of the City of Robbinsdale in the Council Chambers of the Robbinsdale City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of consideration of the following:

  ­­­­­­­­­­­­Conditional Use Permit C19-1 to allow the installation of a flush mount solar collectors on the roof of the garage at 3832 Major Ave N as requested by Shane Willis;

 And

 Consideration of Transit Oriented Development Overlay District Amendments for development standards in multiple zoning districts, as requested by the City of Robbinsdale;

 And

 Consideration of Zoning Text Amendment Z19-1 to allow for exceptions for 6-foot tall fences  if they are of wrought iron or opaque materials, as requested by the City of Robbinsdale;

 And

 Consideration of Zoning Text Amendment Z19-2 to allow expansion of the areas that food trucks are allowed, as requested by the City of Robbinsdale
