NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing of the Planning Commission of the City of Robbinsdale in the Council Chambers of the Robbinsdale City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of consideration of the following:
Conditional Use Permit C19-1 to allow the installation of a flush mount solar collectors on the roof of the garage at 3832 Major Ave N as requested by Shane Willis;
Consideration of Transit Oriented Development Overlay District Amendments for development standards in multiple zoning districts, as requested by the City of Robbinsdale;
Consideration of Zoning Text Amendment Z19-1 to allow for exceptions for 6-foot tall fences if they are of wrought iron or opaque materials, as requested by the City of Robbinsdale;
Consideration of Zoning Text Amendment Z19-2 to allow expansion of the areas that food trucks are allowed, as requested by the City of Robbinsdale
