NOTICE OF
ANNUAL PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE RECONSTRUCTION OF YORK AVENUE FROM 43RD AVENUE TO
LAKE DRIVE CITY PROJECT 36610
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Robbinsdale,
Minnesota will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, on
Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., to consider the reconstruction of the above listed
street including new pavement, curb & gutter, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer
and miscellaneous other improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to
429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is all those properties tht
abut the identified street segment and are shown on the proposed assessment roll on file
for public inspection at the city clerk's office. The estimated cost of the improvement is
$560,000. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement
will be heard at this meeting.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL PUBLIC HEARING TO
CONSIDER COMMENTS AND INPUT ON THE STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN (SWPPP) FOR THE
CITY OF ROBBINSDALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Robbinsdale,
Minnesota will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, on
Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., for a Public Hearing to consider the compliance and
adequacy of the City’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), developed in
compliance with requirements of the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System
(NPDES) Phase II permit. Public comment and
testimony will be received at this time.
