Replacement of Sanitary Main on 26th Ave
As part of this year’s Capital Works Program, the City of Robbinsdale will be replacing the sanitary sewer main on 26th Avenue between Zenith Avenue and Abbott Avenue. This work is scheduled to begin on Monday June 10th and will be completed within 15 working days.
Alley access at 26th Avenue from both the north and south will not be available during this project.
Access to driveways on 26th Avenue will not be available during the workday, but should be available each night. Vehicles will need to be moved out of driveways before 7:00 am each day.
A detour route will be marked, directing traffic around the construction area.
Access at the Abbott Avenue and Zenith Avenue intersections will be affected during this project.
The contractor, Valley-Rich, is allowed to work between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm.
Garbage collection will proceed on the normally scheduled day and location; however please have your trash containers out by 6:00 AM for possible early pickup. If needed, the contractor will move containers to a location the waste haulers can access.
